 Description:  At the direction of the Treasurer, the Depository shall provide the following depository services for the Treasurers Accounts: i Credit the Treasurers Account for any deposits, wire transfers and ACH credits received on behalf of Treasurers Account, whether the deposit or electronic funds transfer is originated by the Treasurer or a third party; ii Debit the Treasurers Account for any wire transfers or ACH debits originated or instructed by the Treasurer; iii Depository shall execute standing written instructions to invest funds in excess of an amount to be determined by the Treasurer in the Treasurers Account at the end of the day in financial assets designated by the Treasurer and permitted by Illinois law.
